Practice Overview

Indigenous led therapeutic services creating safe spaces for empowering all peoples, regardless of their age, race, gender, sexual identity, life circumstances or adversities. Working from a trauma informed lens, we acknowledge that generational and current life experiences shape the human experience. We aim to support clients from a holistic and Indigenous perspective, offering a safe and non-judgmental space to support our clients and community. Responding to Indigenous voices and needs, providing services to fulfill gaps within Labrador. We strive to support our clients to live their most authentic self, knowing that happiness and success looks different for everyone. Meeting our clients where they are in their life journey, to provide empowerment, engagement, support and understanding. Creating a space where one person can make a lasting positive impact on another. Creating services, that are locally provided with Indigenous voices curating the services, and interactions. We hope to provide a sense of security, safety, and autonomy to our clients, with the knowledge that we too are Indigenous led and understand the adversities that may bring. Being from Labrador and bringing services to Labrador, paves the way for all Indigenous peoples, especially youth who face adversities, to find their version of success. We are eager to provide the services and community, that we wish we had, when we were younger.
